First Haircut!!!

After much deliberation, we decided that it was time to cut Hayden's bangs. They were constantly in his eyes, and driving him nuts. So...we called Aunt Jeannie and asked if she'd use her expertise to trim him up! She did an awesome job, and we even saved a few locks for his baby book! Thanks so much Aunt Jeannie!!! We love you!!!

One night before bed last week I found Hayden reading on the floor in our bedroom-and when I surprised him he decided to "get Mommy"!!!

Hayden's bangs are getting so long that they're constantly in his eyes, so Daddy decided to solve the problem by adding some gel and giving him a DeNiro style!

Let's Go Fly A Kite...And Send It Soaring...

Jason and I thought it would be fun to try to fly Hayden's kite tonight...turns out, Hayden even enjoyed it!! As Jason ran around the yard with the kite, Hayden tried his best to keep up with him...and couldn't stop giggling! I don't know who was having more fun-the boys or me watching them!!

Our Little Bookworm!

One of Hayden's favorite things to do is read! We started reading to him when I was pregnant, and it hasn't stopped since! Some of his favorite books are his Froggy books, Good Night Moon, The Belly Button Book, The Pajama Book, Hello Herkey, The Birthday Monsters, Tumble Bumble, and of course...any of his Dora books. Daddy and Mommy have all of them memorized and when one is reading to Hayden the other is reciting right along!

Hayden and I went outside and explored the yard...he had so much fun just checking everything out and showing Mommy exactly where he wanted to go!

An Afternoon of Fun with My Buddy Michael!

Hayden and Michael are only 2 months apart, and are finally starting to play together a bit and have some fun! That day was gorgeous, and Jeannie and Micheal invited us over for a picnic lunch and some playtime! We had a blast, and can't wait to do it again!
