Nothing is cuter than a baby in the tub! Hayden's newest bathtime game is to take his toys, pitch them at one of us and have us slap them back into the water yelling "rejected". It's all very educational!
Apparently Hayden's decided that he wants to follow in Grandpa Blaire's footsteps and become a plumber...or at least play the part like his Daddy! Somehow though...Hayden can pull this look off...the other two...I'm not so sure!
One day last week Hayden and I rode with Mindy and Drew to go visit our friends Jamie and Devin. We had lots of fun (and a really yummy lunch), and I even caught Hayden playing with Drew!! Yay!! Interaction! In no time Drew will be up and running with the rest of the boys!
Daddy was teaching Hayden an AWESOME new trick!! (Note the sarcasm) He was putting a goldfish on his tongue and then flicking it out quickly to see if Hayden could grab it...and if he succeeded, Hayden had no problems eating it himself! Boys can be so icky...but they sure thought it was funny!
Mommy and Daddy put the Christmas tree up while I was taking my nap (Nana, Uncle Brandyn and Papa supervised)...and when I got up, Nana showed me all the "pretties"!! I love to point at all the ornaments and ooo and ahh. My favorites are the puppy ones and kitty ones...and of course...the Hawkeye ones.
Papa was enjoying his Pumpkin! Nana's is gone already (she's a quick eater!), but Uncle Brandyn was still eating his! Mmm...Mommy looks like she might be in a Pie Coma!
After those stinkers put me to bed, they all enjoyed a piece of pie (or 3, right Daddy!?!?!?)! Piggies!
After Mommy gave everyone instructions to look at the camera, Daddy, Uncle Brandyn and Nana thought it would funny to look right. Not to mention...I had a very important call to make!
HaHa Papa! Very funny!!
Finally!! Everyone is looking...except me...*sigh*
Daddy and Uncle Brandyn...doing what they do best...watching tv! Nana sipping her morning Bloody Mary (I think Mommy joined her!) Eating my Lunchable Like and Angel!
Thank goodness for my Papa, or that Lunchable may have been my Thanksgiving Day meal instead of just a snack! Notice, he's the only one working hard?? Thanks Papa!!
While Nana, Papa and Uncle Brandyn where here for Turkey Day, I got to spend lots of quality to with my cool Uncle Brandyn!! I love it when we get to hang out and I'm always super excited when I see him!! My favorite is when he acts goofy just to make me laugh...and of course when he reads to me! I love you Uncle Brandyn!
There are days when Jason and I just can't get enough of his perfect little face. We feel so blessed that we were chosen to be his Mommy and Daddy...and can't describe how lucky we feel to get to spend every day with him! We love you Boogie!
